Job Hunters - The '75% ATS rejection' stat is a lie - but the truth is worse.

Did you know your professional resume has a 92% chance of NOT being rejected by a recruiter's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

According to Harvard Business School's "Hidden Workers" study, only 8% of recruiters turn on "auto-rejection" when filtering resumes through the ATS.

Great news, right?

Not exactly. The ATS can still "rank you" into oblivion.

If a job has 500 applicants and your resume isn't optimized for the right "proxies" (specific keywords, exact degree titles, or employment gaps), you might be ranked #462.

Now consider the fact that a recruiter spends, on average, 6–7 seconds reviewing a resume. If you aren't in the top 5% of that digital pile, you effectively don't exist.

You need to stop writing biographies and start writing strategically for the ranking.
